Hanger

Steel+POM

Wheels made by POM or steel, bolts can be same finishing as bracket. We have tested finished hangers beyond 100,000 rolls. Two different sets of bolts for attaching hangers to the door in order to accommodate doors ranging from 35mm to 45mm thick.

Rail

Steel

Rail is constructed of solid 6mm thick+40mm width steel, finished with Natural rust then painting. The longest rail in one piece we can supply is 4 meters.

Bolt& spacer

Steel

Bolts (of the highest grade available) with washers and rail spacers attach the rail securely to the studs, or header board, for supporting up to 180kgs comfortably. These plated screws won’t be rust easily.

Door stopper

Steel

Door stopper slide along the rail and tighten down at any point to stop your door exactly where you want, and they’re cushioned by rubber caps for a quiet close. All stoppers are matching rail without big gap like others.

Anti-jump

POM

Anti-jump Discs with Screws install on the door top to Stop the rollers jump out from rail.

Floor guider

POM

T-shaped floor guide is supplied (with anchors) as our standard configuration to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard. More other style guiders for your options if need.
